Before this project was even a glimmer in the eyes of Graywood’s development team, they knew that there was something special about the West St. Clair West neighbourhood.
It had a vibe, an energy bubbling under the surface and it needed to be uncovered thoughtfully. “I came to the area before we purchased the land,” said Adidharma Purnomo, Vice President, Development Project Management. “I walked around during the weekend. During the day. During the night. I talked to the residents, shop owners and visited restaurants.”

This is SCOUT: a residence built specifically to its context with a modern scale and emphasis on crafting livable spaces. “We’re not trying to bring downtown to West St. Clair West,” says Purnomo. “We respect what is already here and want to help you be a part of its great future.”
